RAW CHOCOLATE BROWNIE S
based on a recipe for the brownie I ate in a now defunct restaurant in New York City
Note: this is a restaurant recipe. For home use, you will probably want to halve it
2 lbs cocoa butter
3 C cocoa powder
1 – 1/2 C agave
2 C goji berries
1 – 1/2 C almonds
1 C hemp seed
2 drops vanilla
- Mix first three ingredients together by hand.
- Blend next 4 ingredients .
- Thoroughly combine all ingredients.
- Spread on a tray or in a baking dish
- Refrigerate for two hours.
2 sm. peaches, pitted
1 t raw coconut oil (optional but highly recommended)
4 t raw honey or agave nectar
2 dashes cinnamon
1/4 lb. raw walnuts, soaked 4-6 hours
5 dates, pitted
1 – Combine peaches, coconut oil, 2 t honey (or agave nectar) and dash cinnamon, and process until smooth. Remove to a separate bowl.
2 – In the food processor grind walnuts to a medium fine texture.
3 – Add dates, cinnamon and 2 t honey (or agave nectar). Process until crumbly.
4 – Add crumb mixture to bowl on top of peach filling.
Serve immediately and enjoy!!!
