RAW GOOSEBERRY APRICOT JAM
3/4 C
Apricots
3/4 C
red Gooseberries
3/4 C creamy/opaque
honey (or agave)
1/2 t
cinnamon

  • Wash gooseberries.  Remove stems.
  • Wash apricots well
  • Place all ingredients in blender and blend at high speed until thoroughly blended.
  • Remove mixture to sterilized jars.
