KOHLRABI RAW-VIOLIs w. PINE NUT CHEEZ

KOHLRABI RAW-VIOLIS

  • Slice paper thin and make raw ravioli: (Lay three slices flat on a plate.
  • Place a dollop of pine nut (or other) cheez on each circle.
  • Place another slice of kohlrabi on top of each one.
  • Sprinkle salt and pepper on top and drizzle olive oil over top.

OPTIONAL: grate beet over top of raviolis.

PINE NUT CHEEZ
juice from half a lemon,
1/4 cup Nama Shoyu,
2 chopped garlic cloves,
1/4 of a red pepper
1 heaping C pine nuts

Process all ingredients in the VitaMix (or food processor)
