I made the Just Like Pumpkin Pie, complete with the crust.
Now, I did not have a pie plate, so I stuffed it into one of those plastic containers you get take-away food in, but I will cut it in six pieces and hope the people can get them out.
There was a lot left over, so I finally used those little individual star shaped tart pans I bought once long ago. Then I put the rest in a small storage container – all with the crust. We will be eating sweet potato pie all weekend.
I am also considering taking a plateful of the corn crackers and a small container of the “cheddar cheez”, because they are so good and I want everyone to love them, and it will also be a good way to entice people to buy the crackers and cheez I have up for auction.
