PEACH/BANANA SMOOTHIE: My current favorite fast way to deal with peaches

PEACH BANANA SMOOTHIE

2 peaches (fresh or frozen)
1 – 2 bananas, frozen
1 C water (more if using frozen peaches)
ample sprinkle stevia

Process ingredients in a VitaMix (or other high speed blender) to a smooth, drinkable texture (add water as needed).

I was really surprised to find that peaches need sweetening in a smoothie. The bananas give a nice creamy milkshake-y texture.
