08/21/08 CSA SHARE: What they say we will get

This is what they say we will get:

EGGPLANT……………………………………1 piece

ZUCCHINI…………………………………….1 piece
RED POTATOES……………………………1 bag
GREEN PEPPERS…………………………..2 pieces

My recipes will be for eggplant…  I have checked with the farmers – the green peppers *are* ripe — they never get red.  The potatoes go next door to my elderly neighbor lady who likes hash browns.

I think we will get peaches in the fruit share… they never tell us Thursday people what it will be, but, often, it is the same as what the Tuesday and Wednesday shares get, so… I am guessing
