I made that finger food, but then i decided to see if a smoothie would work for water (NOT) before hot yoga.
I put in one of the heads of mystery lettuce I got yesterday, 1/4 red bell pepper, about 6 of the tiny onions I got two weeks ago, the tomato I got yesterday, 1/2 of the cute sweet yellow cherry tomato tomatoes (I want to eat the rest – they are so sweet!), and half of a cucumber I had left over. Since I was going to hot yoga, i did not put any garlic in, but I threw in a liberal amount of Tabasco.
It came out a yucky green but it was definitely palatable. I am going to a party, so I am not going to add the garlic it needs to the leftover..
