1-1/2 C macadamia nuts, soaked
1 leek, sliced (or to taste)
1/3 yellow bell pepper
1 handful parsley
water as needed for desired consistency
• In a food processor, combine process macadamia nuts, yellow bell pepper, and leek
• Add water to achieve desired consistency.
• Add parsley.
Use as a dip with vegetables, or to fill rawvioli or lasagna.
