A good wake-up drink

1 beet with greens
1 stalk celery
1 lg handful of spinach
1 lg handful of parsley
1 green pepper
1-3 cloves garlic (to taste)
1 slice of ginger
2-1/2 lbs. carrots
(usually half of a 5 lb bag)

Juice carrots, beet, celery, pepper, garlic, and ginger through a Champion juicer.
Process all ingredients in a blender.
