3 lg. tomatoes, peeled
handful fresh cilantro
handful fresh parsley
A couple big handfuls spinach
Juice of a large lime
1 clove garlic (optional)
1 cucumber, peeled and diced
Lots of grape tomatoes

Blend tomatoes, cilantro, parsley, spinach, lime juice, and garlic until smooth.
Place grape tomatoes and diced cucumber in a bowl.
Pour soup over the tomatoes and cucumbers in the bowl.
