this is my personal favorite “fast food”. You can use it as a dip for raw vegetables, spread it on crackers, use it for a salad dressing, use it for a sauce on a patty, use it as a sauce on zucchini pasta …. gee! I haven’t finished finding out what you can do with it — this stuff is even good on your finger or on a spoon! (this week, I am going to dehydrate a batch, to see if that works, and can be used as ” cheez”)
RAW CHEDDAR CHEEZ DIP (or spread)
1 C cashews
1/3 red or orange bell pepper, chopped
juice of 1 lemon
1 t onion salt
1/2 t sea salt
Blend all ingredients together.
OPTIONAL:
Add 1 t chili powder
