My reality was NO PARSLEY , otherwise everything else was as promised. For my half of the share, I got 2 gorgeous red tomatoes, and some little yellow “cherry” tomatoes (are they cherry tomatoes if they are yellow?), 1-1/2 zucchini, 1/2 an eggplant (goodie!) and half of all the leaves mentioned above. Those UFO peaches are delicious, even if they look strange, and my 1/2 box of blueberries will disappear shortly.
I think I will make the corn casserole and the eggplant recipe right away. Then maybe a blueberry pie-let. My mom mentioned a delicious sounding zucchini pie… when she was talking about it, I was thinking how I could make it in my kitchen… time to call her for specifics, right now.
